The Watts' Adventures

Well, Michael finally did it. He did it with style too! Michael hit his first out of the park homerun this Saturday and it was a GRANDSLAM. It was so exciting. I have lost my voice from hollaring. I had tears in my eyes. Other than the normal fans, Granny Granny, myself and Hunter were our only family witnesses. Mom and Dad had left as they had plans with Dad's sister and her family, Dean & Leon were working on their awesome new deck and David was at work. Cindi, David's cousin also got to witness the memorable moment! We are all still on cloud nine but our pockets are lighter with the hefty payouts. I had promised Michael years ago that I would give him $50 for his first out of the park homer. Dad, promised him $100. Not a bad day for a 12 year old to hit a baseball!

On another note, Hunter got an in the park homer. That started our exciting day. Now the bet moves on to Hunter for his first out of the park homer. I will be anxious to see if he gets it quicker than Michael........
